A handover checklist for Singapore HDB flats and condominiums, for landlords and agents recording condition at the end of a tenancy and comparing it against the move-in inventory.

Pest, damp and mould
Check ceilings, wardrobe backs and skirtings for mould, and look for any sign of termites or infestation.

Inventory and appliances
Reconcile against the move-in inventory and record anything missing or damaged.

Count and photograph everything that opens a door or a gate.

Household shelter
The shelter door, frame and ventilation openings must not be altered, painted over or drilled into. Record their condition.

- Door closes and seals properly
- Shelter free of damp or water staining
Windows and grilles
Casement windows must be checked for corroded hinges and missing safety bolts. Check every grille latches securely.
